Redesign in progress... I designed the below infographic almost 10 years ago but after 3 years now experimenting with AI tools, I'm working on exciting updates for this section.

I typically partner with teams to help frame problems, learn from end users, and ship solutions with more confidence.

My ideal end-to-end process includes some level of research to validate the problem, exploring various solutions, testing with real users, and even some development.

Depending on the project, different design steps can be helpful but ultimately I spend most of my time designing in Figma with newer building blocks growing in Cursor AI.
